Residential customers may call Netlinx tech support during normal business hours or leave an afterhours message and a technician will return your call the next business day. If there is a problem with your residential service a technician will be on site that day or the following business day.

Business Class customers may call tech support 24/7/365. We know your business is important. That is why you get a network engineer on the phone when you need it most, not a call center hundreds of miles away.
If our engineer determines there is a problem with your service we will dispatch a technician to your location, usually within an hour. If we determine the problem is not with your service we will still offer to dispatch a technician or engineer to your location also usually within an hour to assist you to get back up and running. ** Normal service fees will apply.
